When the project began, the problem was clear, but the product itself did not yet exist.
Kilterset had to help define what ADAM Locker should become before it could be built: understanding users, working with sports organizations, prioritizing needs, and figuring out how to turn complex aspects of athlete development into a clear and usable experience. Product thinking. Stakeholder collaboration. UX & UI. Brand. Data architecture. Identity & access. Engineering.
